SMMARUN's registered and pending marks, the copyright position on the content of this site, our reservation against text-and-data-mining, and the channels for IP infringement notices and counter-notices.
What this notice is about
This is a single page disclosing SMMARUN's trademarks, copyrights, and the channels through which IP infringement notices and counter-notices may be submitted. It sits alongside section 3 (Intellectual Property) of our Terms of Use and section 6 (Sub-processors) of our Privacy Notice; in case of any difference between them, the Terms of Use govern.
SMMARUN Management Consortium Associates LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its principal office at Gurugram, Haryana, is referred to in this notice as SMMARUN, we, us, or our.
SMMARUN's trademarks
The following marks are owned by SMMARUN, except where a different proprietor is noted:
- SMMARUN®: the SMMARUN name and word mark, registered in India.
- RAIGDRG™©: Responsible AI Governance and Digital Risk Governance, a framework concept; registration pending.
- 4A InDoctrine™©: the four-plane operating doctrine (Kernel, Compositor, Governor, Sovereign, Vault); registration pending.
- Puneet Mohan 5P Model FrameWorkx™: the five-stage lifecycle (Predict, Prepare, Propose, Plan, Prevent); registration pending. Proprietor: Puneet Mohan personally.
Registration applications have been filed in India as the priority jurisdiction; filings in other jurisdictions follow the Paris Convention six-month priority window where applicable. Use of these marks is governed by the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), including sections 29 and 30 on infringement and passing off.
The Sanskrit Moon logo forms part of the SMMARUN brand identity. The current source files are held in the site's /assets/ directory; the custodian is the brand owner, SMMARUN.
SMMARUN's copyrights
All content on this site, including the text, graphics, illustrations, the SMMARUN design system, the typographic system, the page layouts, and the structured-content orchestration, is the copyright of SMMARUN Management Consortium Associates LLP under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). The default position is: all rights reserved.
Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, public communication, or commercial exploitation of any of this material is an infringement under section 51 of the Copyright Act, 1957. Section 52 (fair dealing) provides for limited exceptions; we observe those exceptions in good faith and ask you to do the same.
Limited permissions
You may:
- Read the site.
- Download pages for personal reference.
- Print pages for non-commercial purposes, citing SMMARUN as the source.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Republish or redistribute the content, in whole or in part.
- Modify or create derivative works from the content.
- Use the content for the training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or operation of AI models (see section 5 below).
- Use SMMARUN's marks in a manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
This is the same permission discipline expressed in section 3 of our Terms of Use.
TDM reservation for AI training
SMMARUN expressly reserves its rights against text-and-data-mining of this site for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, indexing (including retrieval-augmented generation), or operating AI models. This reservation is made under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 (the DSM Directive), and is asserted globally as a matter of contractual and intellectual property right.
The reservation is also expressed by machine-readable means:
- In the site's
/robots.txt, with AI training crawlers explicitly disallowed. - In a dedicated
/ai.txtfile, in the form supported by the emerging industry convention. - In page-level Schema.org metadata, using the
copyrightand related properties.
Ignoring either the written reservation or the machine-readable signal is treated as a knowing infringement.
Third-party marks
Names, logos, and frameworks of partners, vendors, and other third parties referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification only. We make no claim to those marks; the respective owners make no claim to ours.
How to report IP infringement on this site
If you believe that content on this site infringes a trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right that you own or are authorised to act for, please send a written notice to:

The notice should include:
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed (with a registration or filing reference where possible).
- Identification of the location on this site of the material alleged to be infringing (URL, page section, and any anchor).
- Your full name, organisation if applicable, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
- For notices submitted under the DMCA (United States, 17 U.S.C. §512), a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of, or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of, the right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices are routed to Preeti Mohan, our Grievance Officer designated under Rule 3(2)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, for triage. Where the claim is clear-cut, we aim to act on it within 36 hours of receipt, in line with the timeline set by those Rules. More complex claims may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt and keep you informed.
Counter-notice
If material you have posted (or which you are authorised to represent) has been removed or disabled following an IP notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Please send it to ip@smmarun.ai with the subject line IP counter-notice, including:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location on the site at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana for any related dispute. If you are resident outside India, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts having competence over your place of residence.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, where the law permits, restore the material and notify the original complainant.
Repeat infringer policy
SMMARUN reserves the right to terminate access to this site, in appropriate circumstances, for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. This is consistent with section 512(i) of the DMCA and Rule 3(1)(g) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
No waiver
Any failure or delay by SMMARUN in enforcing any intellectual property right described in this notice is not a waiver of that right, and does not prevent SMMARUN from enforcing the right on any later occasion.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site, and the version line below will be updated. The current version is dated 14 May 2026, V1.2. Previous versions are available on request.
